Subject: Survey on Islamisation index

This survey is part of a research project by the Center for Islamisation (CENTRIS), IIUM. The purpose of the survey is to measure the level of Islamisation in IIUM with a view to propose an Islamisation index. The study will determine the appropriateness of such index as a proxy of Islamisation mission in IIUM since its inception. Your experiences with Islamisation at IIUM and how that has been influencing your positions directly or otherwise is imperative here. Your answers are essential in building an accurate assessment of the Islamisation mission.

Please be informed that content of this questionnaire is guided by the IIUM policy statements, themes generated from a series of interviews conducted with subject experts and content validation of same by staff experts on Islamisation. Be assured that the data you provide as part of this survey will be treated as CONFIDENTIAL. Your responses will only be used for the purposes so stated.
